60-day window, free returns

You have 60 days from the date your order arrives to return any product, used or unused, for a full refund. Returns are free — we email you a pre-paid USPS label.

Why so generous

Skincare is personal. A formulation that works for one person may not work for another, and we'd rather you not feel stuck with a bottle on your shelf. Our return rate hovers around 3% — most customers stay; the few who don't deserve a clean exit.

How to return

Email help@serumco.com with your order number. We send a pre-paid label within one business day. Drop the package at any USPS location; refunds process within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Exceptions

We don't accept returns on opened sample packs (sold below cost) and gift cards. Everything else is returnable for 60 days.
