How we ship.

Free shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the United States. Orders under $50 are a flat $6.95.

Delivery time

Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 5 business days from order placement. Most orders leave our Salinas, CA warehouse within 24 hours; we send a tracking link as soon as the label is printed.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU. International shipping is a flat $14.95 and arrives in 7 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email us at help@serumco.com.
